A structure of a seedling collection board increasing efficiency of an installation unit of a cultivating net for mud flat oysters is provided. In order to solve a problem that water circulation gets worse due to a small network of the seedling collection board installed on the installation unit of a cultivating net for mud flat oysters, a diameter of a seedling collection part of the seedling collection board becomes large, a tread having seeds for seedling collection is connected with an outer frame of the seedling collection board so as to install an inner frame, which is in a cross shape, crossing the inner side of the seedling collection plate. By having more than one drainage holes at the point which the inner frame is crossed, stability of the installation unit of a cultivating net for mud flat oysters can be maintained and increased. In addition, by connecting the thread having seeds for seedling collection to the network, seawater can be smoothly circulated and a large amount of spats can be collected.갯벌참굴 양성망 설치대에 설치되는 채묘판이 갖는 작은 망목으로 인해 해수유동이 나빠지는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 채묘판의 채묘부분의 직경을 크게하고, 채묘종사를 채묘판의 외부틀과 연결하여 채묘판 내측부분을 가로질러 교차된 형태의 프레임인 내부틀을 설치시키고, 내부틀 프레임이 교차하는 지점에 설치되는 하나 이상의 배수통공을 형성하여 참굴 양성망 설치대의 안정성을 유지하고 증가시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 채묘용 종사를 채묘판의 망목에 연결시켜 원활한 해수 유통과 동시에 대량의 치패를 채묘할 수 있는 갯벌 참굴 양성망 설치대의 효율을 증가시키는 채묘판의 구조를 제공한다.
