An isolated anti-HER4 antibody that specifically binds to the JM-a isoform of HER-4, an antibody that has no significant cross-reactivity with the JM-b isoform of HER4, where the antibody competes to bind to the JM-a isoform with the anti-HER4 mAb 1479 antibody produced by the hybridoma cell line deposited in the ATCC which has accession number PTA-9655.Un anticuerpo anti-HER4 aislado que se une específicamente a la isoforma JM-a de HER-4, anticuerpo que no tiene reactividad cruzada significativa con la isoforma JM-b de HER4, en donde el anticuerpo compite para unirse a la isoforma JM-a con el anticuerpo anti-HER4 mAb 1479 producido por la línea celular de hibridoma depositada en la ATCC que tiene nº de acceso PTA-9655.
