PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing generation of a magpie's nest in a power pole and an installation method thereof are provided to prevent current leakage and blackout, which are caused when birds, such as magpies, build a nest in a power pole, by disturbing magpies so as not to build a nest in the power pole. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing generation of a magpie's nest in a power pole comprises a pair of magnets(11) that are installed in the power pole and prevent generation of a magpie's nest； and a string(12) of which both ends are fixed to the pair of magnets. Multiple auxiliary magnets having through-holes are installed on the string, of which both ends are fixed to the pair of magnets, through the through-holes such that the string penetrates the auxiliary magnets.본 발명은 까치와 같은 조류가 전신주 내에 둥지를 틀게 됨으로써 발생되는 누전 및 정전사고를 방지하기 위해 전신주 내에 설치하는 전신주 내 까치집 생성방지기구를 설치하는 방법에 관한 것이다.더욱 상세하게는, 한 쌍의 자석과 상기 한 쌍의 자석에 양 단이 고정되어 있는 합성수지재의 가는 실을 사용하여 상기 한 쌍의 자성 중 어느 하나를 전신주에 이미 설치되어 있는 금속재질의 구조물에 부착하고 합성수지재의 가는 실을 전신주에 두른 후 나머지 하나의 자석을 금속프레임에 부착함으로써 까치와 같은 조류의 착지 또는 날갯짓을 방해함으로써 전신주 내에 까치가 둥지를 틀지 못하도록 한 것이 특징인 전신주 내 까치집 생성방지기구를 설치하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
