PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating Enokidake mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) for quickly and accurately supplying at one time a proper quantity of water or liquid containing nutrients necessary for Enokidake mushroom growth to a medium filled in a mushroom cultivation bottle in cultivating the Enokidake mushroom. SOLUTION: This method for cultivating Enokidake mushroom comprises inserting an injection tube 50 to the medium 10 filled into the mushroom cultivation bottle 30 to produce a crack 12, injecting from the injection tube 50 through the crack 12 water, or in addition to the water, liquid containing nutrients effective for Enokidake mushroom growth into a gap 60 made between the periphery of the completely cultured medium 10 decreased in the volume by the growth of Enokidake mushroom, and an internal circumference wall of the mushroom cultivation bottle 30, opposed to the periphery of the medium, and continuing to make the medium 10 during growing Enokidake mushroom absorb one by one the water or, in addition to the water, the nutrients-containing liquid covering a period.
