Provided in the present invention are antibiotic Tetrathiazomycin A and the preparation method thereof and the use in the preparation of an antitumour drug. The present invention isolated a novel compound Tetrathiazomycin A having an antitumour activity from a fermentation culture of Marinactinospora thermotolerans SCSIO 00652 of the genus Actinomyces, providing a new way of preparing compound Tetrathiazomycin A, and the compound Tetrathiazomycin A of the present invention has a better antitumour activity, so it can be used in an antitumour drug. The present invention also provides a leading compound for the development of antitumour drugs.La présente invention concerne la tétrathiazomycine A, un antibiotique, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation dans le cadre de la préparation dun médicament anti-tumoral. La formule développée de la tétrathiazomycine A correspond à la formule (I). La présente invention permet disoler un composé inédit, la tétrathiazomycine A, qui présente une activité anti-tumorale, à partir dune culture par fermentation de Marinactinospora thermotolerans SCSIO 00652 du genre Actinomyces, ce qui constitue un procédé inédit de préparation de la tétrathiazomycine A, et la tétrathiazomycine A selon la présente invention présente une meilleure activité anti-tumorale, ce qui permet de lutiliser en tant que médicament anti-tumoral. La présente invention concerne également un composé de première importance pour le développement de médicaments anti-tumoraux.
