In nonvolatile memory of the device there is a distribution package of program-configurator 6 made with the possibility to provide the user with the ability to independently place the necessary icons on the touchscreen display and to assign the necessary actions to the software in the software. Device is connected to personal computer 7 equipped with speech recognition and synthesis device 8.
