A switchable stethoscope includes an auscultation head, a switch tube, a sleeve and a tube body. The auscultation head includes a body, a switch button, an elastic member, a click ball, and an audio receiver. The switch button has a rod body. The rod body is disposed in a third through hole of a main body. The switch button can move in the third through hole. The elastic member is disposed in a first groove of the main body. The click ball is disposed on the elastic member. The main body of the receiver has a first opening and a second opening. The first audio receiving film is disposed in the first opening and the second audio receiving film is disposed in the second opening. The switch tube is disposed within a channel, and the switch tube includes a through hole and second grooves. The switch button is fastened within the through hole. The click ball abuts in the second groove. The sleeve has a thread and a plug-in part.
