PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive light shielding sheet having reversibly changing transparency depending on temperature change, having excellent transparency around room temperature, having all light transmittance decreasing with temperature rise, capable of exhibiting sufficient light shielding property and excellent in mechanical physical properties and productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a temperature sensitive light shielding sheet consisting of a resin composition containing an olefin resin (A) of 90 to 60 mass% and an acrylic resin (B) having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 30,000 g/mol of 10 to 40 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】温度変化に伴って可逆的に透明性が変化する感温性遮光シートであって、室温付近で優れた透明性を有すると共に、温度上昇と共に全光線透過率が低下し、十分な遮光性を発現することができ、機械物性や生産性にも優れる感温性遮光シートを提供する。【解決手段】オレフィン系樹脂（Ａ）９０～６０質量％、及び、数平均分子量が１，０００～３０，０００ｇ／ｍｏｌであるアクリル系樹脂（Ｂ）１０～４０質量％を含む樹脂組成物からなる感温性遮光シート。【選択図】なし
