The present invention relates to a foot bath system integrated into a building structure. The foot bath system comprises: a water insertion and discharge unit having a water insertion line for supplying cool/hot water to the structure, a water discharge line for discharging the supplied cool/hot water, and an air line for supplying air from a pump； a foot bath having mounting pieces, which guide the foot bath system to be installed in the structure, connection holes connected to the water discharge line and the air line, and a foot bath space which accommodate user&prime；s feet and calves； and an adjustment unit having an adjustment stage having a mounting groove to allow the foot bath to be mounted on the structure and an adjustment plate which is adjusted to have a certain angle and height from the structure by being interlocked with the adjustment stage.
