PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tubular member capable of being smoothly bent and capable of being inhibited from being broken or deformed when bent, a foreign matter removal device comprising the medical tubular member, and a catheter for foreign matter removal.SOLUTION: In a medical tubular member that is formed in a cylindrical shape and inserted into tubular tissue such as a blood vessel, a plurality of slits 20 passing through a tube wall of the medical tubular member and positioned along a direction crossing an axis X direction are formed.
