The invention is related to "disabled access system for vehicles" that enables disabled people that use wheelchairs to climb into land vehicles such as SUV, minibus, midibus, bus, truck, pick-up, van and similar and also air and sea vehicles such as plane, helicopter, boat and yacht indoors and outdoors where the boarding part is lower or higher than the ground level. By means of this invention, a disabled access system for vehicles is developed wherein the platform carrying the user along with his/her wheelchair is lifted, rotated towards the inside of the vehicle and is received inside the vehicle in order to enable the wheelchair users to access the vehicle, and when the user wants to get off the vehicle, the platform carrying the user along with the wheelchair is rotated towards the outside of the vehicle and lowered (towards ground level) and thus the system enables the user to get out of the vehicle with the wheelchair. I n the system developed by this invention, the platform on which the disabled person along with his/her wheelchair is positioned comprises a foldable movable floor.
