The present invention relates to an antidote composition for inhibiting a toxic protease of natural venom comprising mangiferin as an active ingredient, which inhibits and reduces lethality of skin cells due to natural venom of jellyfish, snake and the like and inhibits activity and protein expression of substrate metalloproteinase, which is one of skin necrosis causing substances, and thus can be used as an antidote cytotoxicity by natural venom, wherein the mangiferin is a naturally occurring substance to have high stability and has an excellent cytotoxic effect, thereby being useful in the field of wound healing agents.본 발명은 망기페린을 유효성분으로 함유하는 천연독에 의한 세포독성의 해독제에 관한 것으로, 해파리, 뱀 등의 천연독으로 인한 피부세포의 치사를 억제, 경감시키며, 피부 괴사 유발 물질의 하나인 기질금속단백질분해효소의 활성 및 단백질 발현을 저해함으로써, 천연독에 의한 세포독성의 해독제로 사용할 수 있으며, 망기페린은 천연유래의 물질로 그 안정성이 높고, 세포 괴사 저해 효과가 우수하므로, 상처 치료제 분야에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
