The system comprises: an ablation electrode (1), a water outlet (3), a syringe port (4), a syringe (5), a flow regulator (6), a handle (7), a power cord (8), a main device (9) and an operating switch (10). The water outlet (3) is disposed at a needle-tip (1-1) of the ablation electrode (1), and is connected to a central hole (1-3) of the ablation electrode (1). The syringe (5) is connected, via the syringe port (4), to a posterior end (1-5) of the ablation electrode (1). The flow regulator (6) comprises a control switch (6-1) for driving, via adjusting the control switch (6-1), a forward motion of a sliding block (6-3) and a syringe plunger (5-2-1) so as to inject an anesthetic inside the syringe (5) into a tissue of a surgical site to implement local infiltration anesthesia. When retrieving the ablation electrode (1), the operating switch (10) is switched on to perform radiofrequency ablation on a tissue to be ablated.
