A cab arrangement for working vehicle such as a loader or tractor is disclosed. The arrangement includes a driver’s seat (21), a steering wheel (20), a work implement lifting lever (31) to lift or lower a work implement, a PTO switch (35) which turns on and off a PTO, a loader lever (30) which operates a loader and a main gear change lever (40) which changes running speed of the working vehicle. An operation panel is located in one side of the driver’s seat with a step part (27) located on a forward end lower than a top surface of the operation panel. The loader lever (30) is located on the step part and the grip of the loader lever (30) is arranged within the height of the steering wheel (20). The grip of the change lever (40) is arranged between the seat (21) and the steering wheel (20) and the work implement lever (31) is located outside the change lever (40) in a plan view. The arrangement is such that the work implement lever (31) and a loader lever (30) are arranged conveniently with respect to the gear change lever (40).
