To provide a technique for determining reflectivity of eye movements.SOLUTION: A reflectivity determination device includes a feature amount extraction part for extracting the feature amount of saccades that occur in a subject's pupil movement in a task of moving eyes to follow a visual or auditory signal (first feature amount) and the feature amount of saccades that occur in the subject's pupil movement in a task of moving eyes in the direction opposite to a visual or auditory signal (second feature amount), and a determination part for generating a determination result to show whether the subject's eye movement occurs reflectively, depending on the degree of difference between the first feature amount and the second feature amount.
