This invention relates to a pre-filled disposable syringe, mainly comprising a protection holding barrel, a medicine filling tube, an isolation plug, a pushing rod set, and a needle set, wherein the protection holding barrel has respectively at two ends with a needle installation part and a holding end； the medicine filling tube is made of a stable, inert, and see-through material, and is fixedly disposed to the protection holding barrel； the isolation plug is installed at one end of the medicine filling tube； the pushing rod set is inserted in the medicine filling tube capable of being pushed and pulled； and the needle set is combined to the needle installation part. This invention uses the medicine filling tube to pre-fill the medicine and uses the protection holding barrel to protect and support, and is capable of storing the medicine stably and safely for a long period of time and conveniently used to inject medicine clinically, and has the advantage of being produced simply, while being able to reduce the problem of excessive medical waste for medicine injection use, and further reduces the production cost of conventional glass pre-filled syringe.本發明係關於一種預填式拋棄式注射針筒，主要係包括一護持筒、一填藥管、一隔離塞、一推桿組及一針頭組，該護持筒係分別於兩端具有一針頭安裝部及一握持端，該填藥管係為穩定鈍性之可透視材質所製成，且係設置固定於該護持筒，該隔離塞係裝設於該填藥管之一端，該推桿組係可推拉地插入該填藥管，該針頭組係結合於該針頭安裝部；本發明係藉由該填藥管預填藥劑並藉該護持筒保護支撐，可提供該藥劑長時間穩定安全貯存、方便臨床注射藥物使用及製造簡便之優點，亦可減少目前注射藥劑使用時之醫療廢棄物過多的問題，更可降低傳統玻璃預填式針筒的製造成本。
