A medicine transfer device for medicinal liquid injection according to an embodiment includes: a first medicine transfer pipe having a first capillary channel constituting a portion of the channel； a second medicine transfer pipe having a second capillary channel disposed at a downstream side of the first capillary channel such that the medicinal liquid that has passed through the first capillary channel flows therein； and a housing to which the first medicine transfer pipe and the second medicine transfer pipe are coupled. An intervention space is formed between the first medicine transfer pipe and the second medicine transfer pipe in the housing.Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif de transfert de médicament pour injection de liquide médicinal, comprenant : un premier tuyau de transfert de médicament comportant un premier canal capillaire constituant une portion du canal ； un deuxième tuyau de transfert de médicament comportant un deuxième canal capillaire disposé en aval du premier canal capillaire de sorte que le liquide médicinal qui a traversé le premier canal capillaire s'écoule à l'intérieur de celui-ci ； et un boîtier auquel sont couplés le premier tuyau de transfert de médicament et le deuxième tuyau de transfert de médicament. Un espace d'intervention est formé entre le premier tuyau de transfert de médicament et le deuxième tuyau de transfert de médicament dans le boîtier.
