The manufacturing method for the same includes: a step of obtaining mustard black pepper extract oil by extracting and purifying a mixture which is heated, wherein the mixture of corn oil and powder in which mustard and black pepper are mixed and ground is heated at the temperature of 95-100°;C, and the mustard, the black pepper, and the corn oil are mixed at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.8-1.2 : 2.5-3.5; a step of obtaining purified garlic extract oil after removing garlic after finishing heating, by heating the garlic in the corn oil at the temperature of 140-160°;C by cutting and drying the garlic and putting the garlic in the corn oil for the garlic and the corn oil to be at the weight ratio of 1 : 2.5-4.0, a step of obtaining purified spring onion extract oil after finishing the heating and removing spring onion by heating the spring onion at the temperature of 130-140°;C by drying the spring onion and putting the spring onion into the corn oil for the spring onion and the corn oil to be at the weight ratio of 1 : 3.0-5.0; a step of maintaining the corn oil at the temperature of 50-60°;C by putting the corn oil into a mixer and heating the corn oil; a step of mixing capsicum in the mixer; a step of individually putting the mustard and black pepper extract oil, the garlic extract oil, and the spring onion extract oil into the mixer and mixing the same; and a step of stopping heating of the mixer and mixing and ripening the mixture in the mixer.
