An automatic method of determining local activation time (LAT) in multi-channel cardiac electrogram signals including at least two cardiac channels, one of the cardiac channels being a mapping channel and another cardiac channel being a reference channel, the method comprising: (a) estimating a cycle length CL in the reference channel (b) determining a mapping-channel fiducial time tM in the mapping channel signal (c) determining a plurality of reference-channel fiducial times tR (d) computing adjusted reference-channel fiducial times tRA by adding or subtracting multiples of cycle length CL to each time tR such that each time tRA is within a time window of length CL surrounding mapping-channel fiducial time tM (e) computing a single final reference-channel fiducial time tRF from the plurality of adjusted reference-channel fiducial times tRA and (f) computing the LAT as tM minus tRF.Linvention concerne un procédé automatique de détermination du temps dactivation local (LAT) dans des signaux délectrogrammes cardiaques multicanaux comprenant au moins deux canaux cardiaques, un des canaux cardiaques étant un canal de mappage et lautre canal cardiaque étant un canal de référence, le procédé comprenant : (a) lestimation dune longueur de cycle CL dans le canal de référence (b) la détermination dun temps fiduciel du canal de mappage tM dans le signal du canal de mappage (c) la détermination dune pluralité de temps fiduciels du canal de référence tR (d) le calcul de temps fiduciels ajustés pour le canal de référence tRA par addition ou soustraction de multiples de la longueur de cycle CL à chaque temps tR de sorte que chaque temps tRA soit compris dans une fenêtre temporelle de longueur CL entourant le temps fiduciel du canal de mappage tM (e) le calcul dun temps fiduciel du canal de référence final individuel tRF à partir de la pluralité de temps fiduciels ajustés pour le canal de référence tRA et (f) le calcul du LAT en tant que tM moins tRF.
