The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mass transfer device which can rapidly and precisely penetrate a drug, a cell, or a cell culture solution into bodily tissue. According to the present invention, a mass transfer device (100) using laser comprises: a mass supply chamber (50) in which one material among groups including a drug, a cell, and a cell culture solution is stored； a laser irradiation module (30) connected to the mass supply chamber (50), irradiating laser to the skin, and supplying the material； and a laser generator (14) connected to the laser irradiation module (30), wherein the laser irradiation module (30) forms an injection hole on the skin by using laser and injects the material through the injection hole.본 발명에 따른 레이저를 이용한 물질 전달 장치(100)는 약물, 세포 및 세포 배양액을 포함하는 그룹 중 어느 하나의 물질이 저장되는 물질 공급 챔버(50), 상기 물질 공급 챔버(50)에 연결되며, 피부에 레이저 조사 및 상기 물질은 공급하는 레이저 조사 모듈(30), 및 상기 레이저 조사 모듈(30)에 연결되는 레이저 생성기(14)를 포함하며, 상기 레이저 조사 모듈(30)은 레이저를 이용하여 상기 피부 상에 주입 구멍을 형성하고 상기 주입 구멍을 통해 상기 물질의 주입을 행하는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
