PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized molding apparatus for efficiently obtaining paste products having different sizes and variously processed with no unevenness in quality.SOLUTION: The molding apparatus for paste products is installed with a throw-in port 2 for a paste material on the upper part of a casing 1 supporting a cylindrical molding drum 3 of the molding apparatus to be rotatable and a belt conveyor 14 for conveying the paste product on the lower part, wherein an opening 6 is drilled in the peripheral surface of the molding drum, a cylindrical nesting 7 having a through hole 8 is placed inside of the molding drum, and the through hole of the nesting is made to communicate with the opening, while a piston 9 moving in the radial direction is fitted to the through hole, a weight block 10 is bound with a screw to one end of the piston and the weight block is connected to the nesting to bring the moving amount of the piston to be adjustable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】品質上のバラツキがなく、大きさが異なり多種の加工処理がなされる練り製品を効率の良く得るようにするための小型の成型装置を提供する。【解決手段】成型装置の円筒状の成型ドラム3を回転可能に支持するケーシング1の上部に練り材料の投入口2を設置し、下部に練り製品を搬送するベルトコンベア14を設置した練り製品の成型装置であって、成型ドラムの周面に開口6を穿設し、かつ成型ドラムの内側に貫通穴8を有する筒状の入れ子7を設け、この入れ子の貫通穴を開口に連通させるとともに、貫通穴に半径方向に移動するピストン9を嵌合し、このピストンの一端に錘ブロック10をネジ結合し、ピストンの移動量が調整可能になるよう錘ブロックを入れ子に連結する。【選択図】図1
