PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway sterilization implement taking the place of alcohol cotton for disinfection, and not requiring replacement of gloves for every object to prevent an infection accident between the subjects in blood sampling or injection.SOLUTION: In a throwaway sterilization implement, a disinfection part 2 impregnated with an antiseptic solution is fitted to one end and one side of a waterproof oblong plate 1, and the other end of the waterproof oblong plate 1 is taken as a holding part 3. In disinfection, with only the holding part 3 held in the hand, the disinfection part 2 rubs against an objects skin, and after puncture, a puncture part is pressed to stop bleeding from the opposite surface to the disinfection part 2 of the waterproof oblong plate 1. After stop bleeding, the implement is discarded with the holding part 3 held in the hand.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 採血あるいは注射において、対象者間での感染事故防止のために、対象者ごとに手袋を取り替えなくても済むような、消毒用アルコール綿に代わる使い捨て消毒用器具を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 消毒液を染み込ませた消毒部2を、防水性縦長プレート1の一端かつ片面に取り付け、防水性縦長プレート1の他端を保持部3とした使い捨て消毒用器具で、消毒する際は、保持部3だけを持ち、消毒部2を対象者の皮膚に擦り、穿刺後は、防水性縦長プレート1の消毒部2とは反対の面から、指で穿刺部位を圧迫止血し、止血後、保持部3を持って破棄することにより、この課題を解決する。【選択図】図1
