598482 Disclosed is a compound comprising polymorphic form 1 or 2 of 5-amino-1-(4-(4- chlorobenzoyl)-3,5-dichlorobenzyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide with orotic acid having a powder x-ray diffraction pattern comprising peaks at 28 of 4.9, 20.2, 24.3, 26.5 and 28.7； or 19.5, 23.2, 25, 28.7 and 29 respectively. Also disclosed is the orotate salt of the compound. The compounds are useful for the treatment of solid cancers, macular degeneration, retinopathy, chronic myeloid leukaemia or AIDS.
