PURPOSE: A composition containing ameloblast, apical bud cells, or a culture thereof is provided to enhance DSPP promoter and to induce regeneration of dental pulp. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for regenerating dentin or dental pulp contains ameloblast or culture thereof as an active ingredient. The ameloblast is ameloblast-lineage cells. A pharmaceutical composition for regenerating dentin or dental pulp contains apical bud cells or culture thereof as an active ingredient. The culture is prepared by culturing the apical bud cells for 3-7 days. A pharmaceutical composition for promoting hard tissue formation contains the ameloblast or culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient.본 발명은 법랑모세포, 애피컬 버드세포 또는 이들의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 경조직 형성 및, 상아질 또는 치수조직 재생용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 법랑모세포 또는 애피컬 버드세포 또는 이들의 배양액은 상아모세포 및 뼈모세포 분화를 촉진하고, DSPP 프로모터(promoter) 활성을 증가시키며, 치아 내 환경에서 치수줄기세포의 치수조직 재생을 유도하고, 생체 내에서 많은 양의 경조직을 형성하는 효과를 나타내므로, 상기 법랑모세포, 애피컬 버드세포 또는 이들의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 경조직 형성 및, 상아질 또는 치수조직 재생용 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
