PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus which can appropriately extract a disparity between image data obtained by an examination and examination procedure.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus has a storage part and an abnormality detection part. The storage part stores information showing progress situations of a support program that supports work to examine a subject by using an examination part in the way that it is performed in a prescribed order and progresses as an operator operates it.
