PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of a crystalline organic ultraviolet ray absorber from a hydrogel particle.SOLUTION: A hydrogel particle includes a continuous phase composed of a non-crosslinked hydrogel and a dispersed phase dispersed in the continuous phase. The dispersed phase comprises a solid fat having an organic value (OV) of 310-1,000 and an inorganic value (IV) of 130-800 in an organic conceptual diagram, a 12-22C higher alcohol, and a crystalline organic ultraviolet ray absorber.
