PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient to properly manage a blood sugar level with a smaller burden.SOLUTION: A detecting unit detects behavior information and biological information of a user as a target. A blood sugar level estimating unit calculates estimated biological information by applying, to a metabolism model, the behavior information and the biological information detected by the detecting unit. A suggesting unit suggests, to the user, a recommended behavior calculated based on the estimated biological information calculated by the blood sugar estimating unit. A technique can be applied to an information processing apparatus for estimating the biological information.【課題】 血糖値を低負担で適切に管理することができるようにする。【解決手段】 検出部は、ユーザを対象とした行動情報及び生体情報を検出する。血糖値推定部は、検出部により検出された行動情報及び生体情報を代謝モデルに適用して、推定生体情報を算出する。提示部は、血糖値推定部により算出された推定生体情報に基づいて算出された推奨行動をユーザに提示する。本技術は、生体情報を予測する情報処理装置に適用することができる。【選択図】図２
