PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of reducing load on a cervical spine part and creating a state in which a body is relaxed.SOLUTION: A pillow 10 in this invention comprises a head support part 1, a cervical spine support part 2, a thoracic spine support part 3 in this order. The head support part is a portion for mounting a head, with elasticity and a predetermined height. The cervical spine support part is a portion for mounting a cervical spine part, with elasticity and a height lower than the head support part. The thoracic spine support part is a portion for mounting an upper thoracic spine part, with elasticity and a height even lower than the cervical spine support part. For these head support part, cervical spine support part, and thoracic spine support part, a cross-sectional shape in a vertical direction is a substantially triangular shape.
