Method of local pressing-distraction action on deep muscular-fascial tissues is proposed. To do this, palpation reveals points that are characterized by soreness, rigidity, have a dense consistency and cause reflex reactions. In points located at a distance of at least 5 mm in the direction of the planned distraction from the previously identified points, elastic contact elements and pressing is carried out with a value of a pressing force of 2 to 20 kg and compression of the elastic contact elements to form a skin-subcutaneous fold between them. Then, using elastic contact elements, stretching of the muscle-fascial tissues is performed. Distractor containing at least two rods attached to one of the ends on the handle is also proposed, with the possibility of their angular deviation with respect to the vertical axis of the handle. Free ends of the rods are elastic contact elements for pressing-distraction action.
