PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processor for giving support information useful to determine a diagnosis and treatment planning by a diagnostician.SOLUTION: A patient information storage part 20 stores medical information about a plurality of patients. A doctor history information storage part 30 stores history information about at least one of diagnoses and medial treatments about a plurality of doctors. A candidate determination part 152 determines candidates for a disease name or treatment planning on the basis of the medical information about the plurality of patients. A correspondence state detection part 154 acquires disease names or treatment planning with high frequencies to which a plurality of doctors correspond on the basis of the history information. A presentation candidate determination part 156 determines candidates obtained by excluding the disease names or treatment planning acquired by the correspondence state detection part from the candidates determined by the candidate determination part as presentation candidates.
