Disclosed is an indirect suctioning-type vacuum drainage device for generating negative pressure in a space separated from a vacuum pressure region and transferring the negative pressure to a human body without directly transferring vacuum pressure generated in a vacuum pressure generating source to the human body through a novel scheme for a vacuum drainage operation. The indirect suctioning-type vacuum drainage device comprises a vacuum-operated bodily liquid pump (4) operated by vacuum pressure generated in a vacuum pressure generating source, generating negative pressure, transferring the negative pressure to a human body, and circulating a bodily liquid such as an exudation exchanged and transferred from the human body to a drainage container. The vacuum-operated bodily liquid pump (4) is divided into a vacuum chamber (44) in which vacuum pressure of a vacuum pressure generating source is applied and a bodily liquid chamber (45) for generating negative pressure and suctioning and discharging a bodily liquid such as an exudation.
