The present invention provides a medicament for treating a disease related with CNS and/or PNS cholinergic action, smooth muscle contraction, incretion, neurodegeneration, etc. which has a potent activity for modulating α 7 nAChR, comprising a compound of the following formula (I) wherein X-Y-Z is N-CO-NR4AR4B, etc.； R1 is phenyl, etc.； R2A and R2B are the same or different and hydrogen atom, etc.； R3A to R3D and R6 are the same or different and hydrogen atom, etc.； R4A and R4B are the same or different and aryl, etc.； and n is 1 or 2； or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.本發明中係提供含通式(I)所示之化合物或其製藥學上容許之鹽，而具有強α 7菸鹼性乙醯膽鹼受體(α 7 nAChR)調節作用，係中樞神經系(CNS)及/或末梢神經系(PNS)之膽鹼激性相關疾病、平滑肌收縮相關疾病、內分泌疾病、神經變性相關疾病等之治療藥。式中，X-Y-Z表示N-CO-NR4AR4B等；R1表示苯基等；R2A及R2B為相同或不同，表示氫原子等；R3A至R3D及R6為相同或不同，表示氫原子等；R4A及RAB為相同或不同，表示芳基等；n表示1或2。
