The support PCB (21) has a connection section (21a) detachably connectable to an external connecting section. Radiation detection elements (30) are connected on the support PCB (21) to fabricate a signal read-out circuit having mutually-perpendicular wiring in a pseudo way and that the incident position of the radioactive ray is identified by coincidence determination of the detection signals.
