PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesive compositions which have desired adhesiveness, have an effusion-absorbing ability, and suppress lowering of adhesion ability even after exposed to water, such as shower, during attaching on the skin to enable comfortable attachment.SOLUTION: A hydrocolloid type adhesive composition for skin patches contains (A) elastomer, (B) tackifier resin, (C) a plasticizer, and (D) colloidal particles. When in the hydrocolloid type adhesive composition for the skin patches, a water absorption of distilled water per unit volume is set to (X) and a water absorption of physiological salt solution per unit volume is set to (Y), the hydrocolloid type adhesive composition for skin patches satisfies the following formula (1). A patch uses the hydrocolloid type adhesive composition for the skin patches.
