The magnetic resonance system includes a storage unit configured to store a correspondence relation between a contrast between the blood and a background tissue, a first time taken from the first RF pulse to the data acquisition sequence, and a second time taken from a completion of an imaging sequence to a start of a next imaging sequence, first determining means configured to determine the first time used, and second determining means configured to determine the second time used.
