The present invention relates to an exercise device for rehabilitating arms and legs for old and weak people, comprising: a rotation stick fixed while adhering to the lower limbs of a user； a support stick fixed while adhering to the upper limb of the user and having a fixed pulley on the upper part； a connector formed between the support stick and the rotation stick, axis-coupled with the rotation stick and making the rotation stick rotate in the horizontal direction toward the support stick； a first fixture and a second fixture respectively formed between the support stick and the rotation stick, formed to cover the upper limb and the lower limbs of the user and having a plurality of movable pulleys on the side； a wire moved in zigzag along the plurality of movable pulleys of which one end is fixed to the first fixture and the other end is formed on the first fixture and the second fixture, and which is connected to a driving motor provided on the rotation stick through the fixing pulley and rotates the rotation stick to the support stick direction by being wound by the driving motor； and a control unit formed on the upper part of the support stick or the rotation stick and controlling operations of the driving motor.본 발명의 노약자를 위한 팔다리용 재활운동 장치에 관한 것으로서, 사용자의 하박에 밀착되어 고정되는 회동대와, 사용자의 상박에 밀착되어 고정되며 상부에는 고정도르래가 형성되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대와 상기 회동대 사이에 형성되며 상기 회동대와 축결합되어 상기 회동대를 상기 지지대를 향해 수평방향으로 회동되도록 하는 연결구와, 상기 지지대와 상기 회동대에 각각 형성되며 사용자의 상박과 하박을 감싸도록 형성되며 측면에는 복수 개의 움직도르래가 형성되는 제1고정구 및 제2고정구와, 일단은 상기 제1고정구에 고정되고 타단은 상기 제1고정구 및 상기 제2고정구에 형성된 상기 복수 개의 움직도르래를 따라 지그재그 이동되고, 상기 고정도르래를 통해 상기 회동대에 형성된 구동모터에 연결되어 상기 구동모터에 의해 권취되어 상기 회동대를 상기 지지대 방향으로 회동시키는 와이어와, 상기 지지대 또는 상기 회동대의 상부에 형성되며 상기 구동모터의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
