This invention is concerning the shaping of plastic toothpicks with a brush. It contains one-by-one feed hoppers, one program-controlled device, one mold zone with dies for toothpicks with brush, one robotic arm, and one conveyor. As to mold zone with dies for toothpicks with brush, it comprises two semi-molds, upper and lower. At the proper joint on the feed hoppers is a compressed nitrogen tank with a gas pipe used to stabilize the injection rate of the melting blend moldflow while the raw materials are hot melted. In this way, toothpicks with brush will be produced after the process of feeding materials, melting, gas injection, stamping, dosing, mold releasing, producing the prototype, cooling, pitching, and rolling. It enables the production of toothpicks with brush to be more time- and energy-saving by rolling it with process dissociation procedure. Besides, while hot melting the raw materials by internally forming them in feed hoppers, nitrogen can be injected at the right moment to speed up melting blend moldflow up to 600mm of kinetic energy per second.
