To provide cosmetics which have a high portability and in which an impregnation body is impregnated with a liquid cosmetic material, wherein while maintaining a sun protection factor(SPF), the cosmetics exhibit a good usability and a cosmetic effect. According to the present invention, an impregnation body is impregnated with a liquid cosmetic material containing (A) 1-10 mass% of a UV absorber, and (B) 10-25 mass% of a UV scattering agent and a pigment-grade titanium dioxide, and the cosmetics are used by being applied on the skin by taking the liquid cosmetic material from the impregnation body with a finger or an applying tool.本發明提供一種化妝品，其係將液狀化妝料含浸於含浸體而成並且具備較高攜帶性者，其維持紫外線防禦能力(SPF)並且使用性及化妝效果優異。本發明之化妝品將含有(A)紫外線吸收劑1~10質量%、以及(B)紫外線散射劑及顏料級二氧化鈦10~25質量%之液狀化妝料含浸於含浸體，用手指或塗佈工具自上述含浸體取出液狀化妝料並塗佈於肌膚。
