PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can be miniaturized, and an endoscopic device thereof.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 includes objective lenses 40a-1 to 40a-3 for condensing incident light beams, a prism 51 for reflecting the light beams condensed by the objective lenses 40a-1 to 40a-3, and an imaging element 53 which has a light receiving section 52 for generating an electric signal by receiving the light beams reflected by the prism 51 and performing photoelectric conversion.
