PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration method which comprises administering a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) agonist composition, which is a hypoglycemic agent, including at least one polypeptide to a patient, reducing a frequency of administration which may be a burden and pain for a patient by a method for reducing a burden to such regimens and a pain of an injection-site pain to the minimum.SOLUTION: An injecting device is suitable for a subcutaneous injection including a pharmaceutical composition including 7.8-104 mg of a polypeptide having an effective amount of GLP-1 agonist activities and water for injection. The injecting device has a 28 gauge or higher gauge needle.
