Surgical suture is made with retainers and cone-shaped supports of material with shape memory. Supports are connected with smaller bases with fasteners and have walls made up of edges ribs, projections and recesses. Projections and recesses are located at edges of supports larger bases. Small base supports are equipped with tubular guides. Support can have mesh edge located at angle to each other in cross planes, and ribs, which are connected to tops of ledges and recesses. Retainers can be arranged in tubular guides and have dimensions smaller than end openings of tubular guides or have size equal to end openings of tubular guides. Peculiar feature of one more version is that cone-shaped supports are made from material with shape memory and have mesh edges located at angle to each other in cross planes. Edge faces are connected to tops of ledges and recesses. Sections of faces and edges on ledges are made with possibility of bending from centre of larger bases, to planes coinciding with planes of faces, and to direct coinciding with straight edges respectively.
