The invention relates to S. aureusantigens that may be useful for immunisation when used in combination and in particular, a pharmaceutical composition of at least two antigens selected from (i) a hla antigen, (ii) a sta006 antigen, (iii) a lukE antigen and (iv) a spa antigen as being particularly useful for immunisation.The antigens may be comprised within outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). The invention also provides an OMV from a Gram-negative bacterium, wherein the OMV comprises at least one S.aureusantigen. The invention also provides a method of preparing an OMV of the invention. The antigen(s) may be partially present in the membrane of the OMV and partially present in the lumen of the OMV or free in the lumen of the OMV.
