PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher which can adjust a processed product-sending speed at each position in a threshing chamber in response to a state, can adjust to the sending speed responding to the state, and can easily set an urging force to each dust-sending guide.SOLUTION: The thresher in which a plurality of dust-sending guides 24 supported on a ceiling plate 22 side and used for contacting with processed products in a threshing chamber 14 to adjust a sending speed for the processed products are disposed resilient members 33 for urging the dust-sending guides 24 to initial rotation positions and operation devices 36 for changing the initial rotation positions are disposed and the dust-sending guides 24 are rotated against the urging forces of the resilient members 33, when receiving loads from the processed products, is characterized in that the operation devices 36 are disposed in the same number as that of the dust-sending guides 24 so that the initial rotation positions of the dust-sending guides 24 can separately be changed, respectively, and the resilient members 33 are disposed on each dust-sending guide 24 side, so that the dust-sending guides 24 are rotated on escape sides in response to the loads, when the dust-sending guide 24 receive predetermined or larger loads.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】状況によって処理物の送り速度を扱室内の各所において調整可能であって、状況に即した送り速度に調整することができ、各送塵ガイドへの付勢力の設定が容易となる脱穀装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】天板22側に支持されて扱室14内の処理物に接触して、該処理物の送り速度を調節する送塵ガイド24を複数備え、前記送塵ガイド24を初期回動位置に付勢する弾性部材33と、初期回動位置を変更する操作具36とを設置し、処理物から負荷を受けることにより、弾性部材33の付勢力に抗して送塵ガイド24が回動作動する脱穀装置において、前記複数の送塵ガイド24の初期回動位置をそれぞれ個別に変更可能なように前記操作具36を送塵ガイド24と同数分設け、該送塵ガイド24が所定以上の負荷を受けた場合に複数の送塵ガイド24がその負荷に応じて個々に退避側に回動するように各送塵ガイド24側に弾性部材33を設置した。【選択図】図8
