An automatic blood sampling tube preparation system comprising at least two sections containing blood sampling tubes (2a-2d), each section being intended to contain blood sampling tubes of the same class, a tube transfer means (4) for selectively choosing a blood sampling tube required for an analysis of a patient according to an instructional information indicated by a physician from the relative section containing blood sampling tubes (2a-2d) and transfer the chosen blood sampling tube, a writing medium (19) to write the patient analysis information on an RFID tag of the sampling tube blood based on the instructional information, a means of transferring receiving containers (23) to transfer the prepared container in which the sampling tubes are contained of blood written for each patient, a reading medium (27) that is arranged in a transfer path of the transfer medium of the container (23) to simultaneously read all patient analysis information from all the sampling tubes of blood contained in the prepared container while the prepared container is transferred by the means of transfer of receiving containers (23), and a control means (31) to control the operation of said respective means and compare the patient analysis information read from the RFID tags by means of the reading means with the instructional information characterized in that the control means (31) is constituted in such a way that if the control means (31) estimates that the analysis information of the patient read from the RFID tags does not match the instructional information, the control means (31) moves the prepared container for ra change the state of the RFID tags contained in the prepared container, after which the control means (31) controls the reading medium (27) to read the patient analysis information from the newly contained RFID tags in the prepared container, and then the control means (31) compares the patient analysis information and the instructional information.Un sistema de prepa
