The present invention relates to a beverage containing a Rosa rugosa extract and a method for manufacturing the same. The beverage containing the Rosa rugosa extract of the present invention is expected to not only have excellent palatability and health functionality but also contribute to an increase in local incomes through industrial production. The method comprises the steps of: i) washing and hot-air drying the Rosa rugosa fruits； ii) crushing the Rosa rugosa fruits hot-air dried in the step i)； iii) adding a solvent to extract and concentrate the crushed Rosa rugosa fruits and obtaining a Rosa rugosa extract； and iv) adding sub-ingredients to the extract to manufacture a homogenized mixed beverage.본 발명은 해당화 추출물을 포함하는 음료 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 해당화 추출물을 포함하는 음료는 기호성과 건강기능성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 산업적 생산을 통해 지역의 소득 향상에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
