The oral deviceincludes an arcuate bodyformed such that a shape of the arcuate body is a cast of a shape of at leasta portion of a gum of auser. The body has a height such that, when the body is positioned against theat least a portion of thegum, the body does not overlap with at least part of a visible portion of atleast one of the users teeth.The oral device may include retaining members for retaining the oral device inthe users mouth. Theoral device may be printed using a 3D printer.
