PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for a backbone correction operator to execute correction of a patient backbone with small force.SOLUTION: A chair 1 for treatment includes a chair body 11, a right footstool 12R, a left footstool 12L, a right adjusting mechanism 13R, a left adjusting mechanism 13L, and a controller 14. A patient A sits on a seat surface 111, and puts his or her right and left feet on the right footstool 12R and the left footstool 12L. An operator X executes an operation to the controller 14, executes examination by touch and visual inspection to the back part of the patient A from behind the patient A while changing positions in a height direction of top faces of the right footstool 12R and the left footstool 12L, and searches for a posture for executing correction of the backbone of the patient A with small force. When the posture for executing correction of the backbone of the patient A with small force is found, the operator X executes treatment to the patient A in the posture for correcting the backbone from behind.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】背骨矯正の施術者が、患者の背骨の矯正を少ない力で行える手段を提供する。【解決手段】施術用椅子１は、椅子本体１１、右側踏み台１２Ｒ、左側踏み台１２Ｌ、右側調整機構１３Ｒ、左側調整機構１３Ｌ、コントローラ１４を備える。患者Ａは座面１１１の上に座り、左右の足を右側踏み台１２Ｒ及び左側踏み台１２Ｌの上に置く。施術者Ｘは、コントローラ１４に対する操作を行い、右側踏み台１２Ｒ及び左側踏み台１２Ｌの上面の高さ方向における位置を変化させながら、患者Ａの背後から患者Ａの背部に対する触診及び視診を行い、患者Ａの背骨の矯正を少ない力で行える姿勢を探索する。患者Ａの背骨の矯正を少ない力で行える姿勢が見つかれば、その姿勢の患者Ａに対し、施術者Ｘは背後から背骨の矯正のための施術を行う。【選択図】図１
