A transdermal delivery device, comprising: a) a housing including i) an outer shell of the housing containing an access cover to the fluid chamber assembly detachably engaged with the outer shell of the housing; ii) an internal compartment including a delivery outlet open at the end channel and compartment of the steam generating unit; and iii) a cartridge holding container comprising an outer coating shell and an inner cartridge compartment configured to hold the compressed gas cartridge, the cartridge holding container being removably engaged with the outer shell of the housing; wherein the steam generating unit compartment is located between the open end delivery outlet channel and cartridge holding container; and b) a steam generating unit including i) a fluid chamber assembly comprising a fluid container and a removable cover of the fluid container; and ii) a pressure-temperature regulator assembly comprising at least two pressure regulators connected by an adapter, wherein the pressure-temperature regulator assembly is configured to reduce pressure and raise the temperature of the compressed gas coming from the compressed gas cartridge; the steam generating unit is substantially located in the compartment of the steam generating unit. 2. The transdermal delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the outer covering membrane forms the inner compartment of the cartridge.
