PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair bleaching-destaining agent composition in which the increase of viscosity upon mixing is suppressed though persulfate is blended therein.SOLUTION: A hair bleaching-destaining agent composition is used after being mixed with a plurality of agents upon use, and is blended with persulfate, silicic acid and an oxidizer, and the average pore diameter of the silicic acid is controlled to 17 to 24 nm. The average grain size of the silicic acid is preferably controlled to 2.7 to 9.0 &mum. Further, ammonium persulfate is preferably blended as the persulfate in consideration of the aspect that the effect of improving the brightness of hair is high. Further, metal stearate is preferably blended in the hair bleaching-destaining agent composition for more improving dispersibility, and further, magnesium stearate is preferably blended as the metal stearate.
