The invention relates to a nucleic acid construct encoding a polypeptide that initiates an immune response against Aβ in a human. Provided is a method for the generation of an immune response in an animal and a human, and also a method of treatment of Alzheimers disease comprising administering and effective amount of the claimed construct. Moreover, provided is a method for the generation of a cellular and humoral immune response in an animal and a human comprising performing preimmunization with the construct of the present invention and enhancing its action by administering the polypeptide encoded with said construct.Изобретение относится к конструкции нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей полипептид, индуцирующий иммунный ответ на β-амилоидный пептид человека.
